5 star service from Fran!  He's very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly to us!  He came out the very next day of calling him and was on time for our repair! On Thursday, I came home to a broken water main connection. The water provider installed a new main valve to stop the fountain.

I did a search for highly rated plumbers near me and reached out to 3. Francis  Kelly of East Coast Plumbing called me within 2 hours. After a review of my situation,  he graciously fit me into his Friday schedule on short notice. Another service called the next morning. They could only provide service in 5 days.

Francis Kelly communicated effectively with me as he was slightly delayed from the appointment time. On site,  he assesed what was needed and gave a very fair price that he charged for his time and materials. He corrected things he found after explaining why. He kept to his price. He was respectful of the property snd left it better than he found it.

Attempted a small DYI project in replacing an overflow gasket in an old tub.  Of course in doing so I snapped two stubborn brass drain pipes in the process and knew I was out of my depth at that point.  East Coast Plumbing was prompt and thorough.  They even informed me of an old drum trap that was no longer up to code and fixed that as well. (Had to look up what a drum trap was on the internet and they were spot on with their assessment). Could not have called a better person for an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday morning. Fran was quick responsive and a true professional.  He came out immediately, diagnosed and fixed the clog right away. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to anyone looking for plumbing needs! I had a blocked sewer line. First time I’ve had this issue and East Coast was super easy to get a hold of especially on a Saturday evening. Francis K. came out in less than an hour after the call and snaked it out super quick and was helpful with how it happened and how to prevent it for the future! My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service as well as the quality of the work. Our sump pump died on us so I contacted Francis (East Coast Plumbing) because multiple people we live near gave him great reviews.
